1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "Player", "You") and 663bit ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting services available at 663bit.net.

663bit operates under an international gaming licence and provides its services to eligible players including those located in Pakistan. The Platform offers online casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, sports betting — including cricket and PSL markets — and related services, all transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 663bit.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register a 663bit account and access any of the Platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from the 663bit platform;
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 663bit or its affiliated operating entities;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

663bit reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method confirmation — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 663bit login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes linked to your account. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other website or service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account where available;
• Log out of your account fully when using a shared or public device;
• Notify 663bit support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Never share your account credentials with any third party for any reason.

663bit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you have formally notified us of a potential breach.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 663bit platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Accepted Deposit Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer.
• Minimum Deposit: As stated on the cashier screen at the time of transaction. Subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal Method: Funds will be returned to the same payment channel used for the original deposit, where technically possible. Alternative withdrawal methods are available subject to additional verification.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes stated on the cashier page. 663bit does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by third-party payment processors.
• Currency: No currency conversion is applied. Your account balance is held in PKR and all transactions are settled in PKR.

663bit reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of anti-money-laundering (AML) checks, identity verification, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Players will be notified of any such delay and given a reasonable opportunity to provide required documentation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 663bit makes promotional offers available to eligible members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR at the stated value and are subject to wagering requirements before any conversion to withdrawable funds;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits applicable to each promotion are stated in the promotion-specific terms;
• Where a deposit bonus is offered, the minimum qualifying deposit amount and the maximum bonus cap will be stated clearly before the offer is accepted;
• Free spins, where awarded, are valid for the specified game title and expire after the period stated in the offer terms;
• 663bit reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to not prejudicing any qualifying transaction already completed in good faith;
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity conducted through the 663bit platform, including sports betting, live casino, and slot games:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 663bit will not reverse a confirmed wager on the basis of player error unless a verifiable technical fault caused by the Platform is documented;
• Cricket and PSL match results are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, PCB). In the event of a match abandonment or no result, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules displayed on the Platform;
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per market and are displayed within each betting interface. These limits are applied on a per-event and per-day basis;
• In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. 663bit reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice;
• Game results for all casino and slot titles are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session;
• In the event of a technical error during a game session — including disconnection, server failure, or display error — the Platform's server-side records shall be definitive in determining the outcome of any affected round.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 663bit platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances pending investigation:

• Opening or operating more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity that violates applicable AML regulations;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings outside of normal game mechanics — any such winnings will be voided;
• Colluding with other players in any table or card game environment;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 663bit staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to access, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the 663bit platform infrastructure.

8. Responsible Gaming

663bit is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all members. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered members through the account dashboard, without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over any defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive an on-screen notification after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up summaries of time spent and net session outcome.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Requests are processed within 24 hours and enforced across all 663bit products simultaneously. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the minimum selected period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 663bit platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game assets, and data feeds — is the exclusive property of 663bit or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without our express prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 663bit and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Interruption of service, server downtime, or connectivity failures beyond our reasonable control;
• Any losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds, game information, or promotional materials where such inaccuracy resulted from a technical error and was corrected promptly upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The Platform's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

663bit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is a suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms;
• We are required to do so to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory requirement;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed;
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

On closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their last-used payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review. You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team.

12. Amendments to These Terms

663bit reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account or through a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licence under which 663bit operates. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit your complaint to the 663bit support team via live chat or email. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the internal resolution, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution (ADR) body designated by our licensing authority.
3. Step 3 — Licensing Authority: Complaints may also be lodged directly with the regulatory authority that issued the Platform's gaming licence, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy shall first be subject to the internal complaints procedure above before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
